Inna,I wasn't able to comment on your last post(Jan 7th). I wanted to say that I agree with what you said about new years resolutions. My resolution is to not make any! Try to eat healthier if you can, as we all get older our metabolism slows down. I forgot how old you are but it is hard to maintain the weight that you had a couple of years ago. Exercise is king however, you should think about some light weightlifting with dumbells. I am used to this artic weather that we have been having lately.
